A full and thorough consultation is carried out before your treatment begins. Your facial will include a gentle foam cleanse, this is to remove surface impurities and make-up and also to help regulate the PH levels in the skin. An Enzyme exfoliating peel is applied to the face and neck to dissolve dead skin cells and refine the skin. Once the skin is clean and free from impurities the Dermaplane exfoliation is carried-out. The face is then steamed for several minutes. Then there is an intensive, vitamin drenched, cool moisture mask is applied to strengthen the skins immune system. Whilst the cooling mask takes effect you will have an LED light treatment tailored to your skin needs. Following the removal of the coolness mask Hydration drops, liquid peptides and a deep-penetrating SPF50 moisturiser is applied for post procedure protection.
Post-Facial Care
The number one thing to remember after a Dermaplane facial is that your skin will be much more sensitive to the sun and other environmental factors. While this is true of any facial, this is especially important after a Dermaplane facial as a deeper level of exfoliation has occurred. Ensure you are using SPF protection on your face immediately after the procedure and reapply often to keep your skin radiant and healthy. Also hydration is key so keep up with liquid hydration drops.
